Salary and Benefits: The District offers a competitive base salary ranging from $220,000 to $250,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be negotiated based on the successful candidate's demonstrated experience, qualifications, and alignment with the District's leadership criteria.
