The Executive Human Capital Leaders in Education (eHCLE) certification program is a professional development opportunity for accomplished human capital leaders serving in education organizations. Through a ten-month cohort model, participants will receive intensive support from their peers, as well as from subject-matter experts in multiple areas of human capital management.

HR or talent executives who oversee recruitment, retention, and culture |
District, department, or school leaders ready for cabinet-level or other advanced leadership roles |
Leaders from associations, nonprofits, state departments of education, and regional or educational service centers |
Experienced professionals who are looking to expand their strategic influence and drive system-wide change |

Virtual cohort meetings will occur on Wednesdays from 2:00–3:30pm ET/11:00am–12:30pm PT.
