Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies pertain to all AASPA events and purchases

Purchaser understands that upon entering a registration agreement, AASPA is committing time and resources to this registration and thus cancellation would result in lost time and income in an amount difficult to precisely calculate. Once you register for membership or an event, you are subject to the following Cancellation policies and are responsible for prompt payment  - 

Virtual Cancellation Policy: Virtual event cancellations will not be accepted. All registrants will receive a recording and event materials regardless of attendance.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:  No refunds will be issued for booth cancellations.

Annual Conference Cancellation Policy: All in-person registration (credit card, purchase order and send payment) cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than August 30, 2023 and will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or before this date will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received by August 30, 2023 will be processed by November 30, 2023. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. AASPA is not responsible for state or district travel restrictions, medical or weather-related cancellations or for airfare, hotel or other costs associated with the conference if the registrant is unable to attend. Purchase orders are accepted as a courtesy and are considered a guarantee of payment. Any cancellation of a registration guaranteed with a purchase order will be subject to the same cancellation policy. I understand that by selecting “Send Payment” I agree to the above cancellation policy. No registration refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after August 30, 2023. Membership, special events and meal tickets are non-refundable.


Winter Boot Camp Cancellation Policy:
All in-person registration cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than Thursday, December 15, 2022 to receive a refund.  Cancellations received on or before this deadline will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee.  Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. AASPA is not responsible for state or district travel restrictions, medical, weather or technology related cancellation or other costs associated with the event if the registrant is unable to attend. Any cancellation of a registration regardless of payment will be subject to the same cancellation policy including the cancellation fee. I understand that by selecting “Complete Registration” I agree to the above cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the deadline of December 15, 2022. 

Summer Boot Camp Cancellation Policy: All registrations cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than Friday, May 5, 2023 to receive a refund.  Cancellations received on or before this deadline will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee.  Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. AASPA is not responsible for state or district travel restrictions, medical, weather, airline or technology related cancellation or other costs associated with the event if the registrant is unable to attend. Any cancellation of a registration regardless of payment or invoice will be subject to the same cancellation policy including the cancellation fee.  I understand that by selecting “Complete Registration” I agree to the above cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the deadline of May 5, 2023.

Human Capital Leadership Cancellation Policy: All registration (credit card, purchase order and invoice) cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than November 1st and will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or before this deadline will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. AASPA is not responsible for medical or weather related cancellations or for airfare, hotel or other costs associated with the Human Capital Leadership Summit if the registrant is unable to attend. Purchase orders are accepted as a courtesy to our members until November 1st and are considered a guarantee of payment. Purchase orders must be paid within 30 days. Any cancellation of a registration guaranteed with a purchase order will be subject to the same cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the deadline of November 1st. I understand that by selecting “Complete Registration” I agree to the above cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the deadline of November 1st, 2022. pHCLE Training/Exam Cancellation Policy: Please note there will be no refunds for pHCLE Training or Exam once registration has been submitted. Registration is non-transferable to other training dates and times. 

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Summit Cancellation Policy: All registration cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than Friday, March 10, 2023 to receive a refund.  No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after March 10, 2023. All refunds are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. AASPA is not responsible for medical, weather or technology related cancellation or other costs associated with the event if the registrant is unable to attend. Purchase orders are accepted as a courtesy and are considered a guarantee of payment. Any cancellation of a registration regardless of payment or invoice will be subject to the same cancellation policy including the cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the deadline of March 10, 2023

National Educator Shortage Summit Cancellation Policy: All in-person registration cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than Thursday, December 15, 2022 to receive a refund.  Cancellations received on or before this deadline will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee.  Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. Membership Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for memberships.

Webinars: No refunds will be processed for webinars. All webinars are recorded and a link to the presentation will be sent to all registered attendees.
