This project attempts to peel back several layers of our school district in regards to custodian retention & growth. In the 2025-2026 school year 53% of our custodial staff is within 0-5 years of experience with our most experienced custodians preparing for retirement. How can we increase custodian retention and tap into their skill sets in an effort to grow our current custodian staff into head custodians in an effort to replace the years of experience and knowledge base preparing for retirement.
This webinar is presented as part of the eHCLE program and is FREE for members of AASPA and $50 for nonmembers.
