Organization Overview
BloomBoard helps school districts build sustainable teacher pipelines by developing the talented people already working in their schools and communities. In partnership with universities, we offer job-embedded degree and certification programs that enable paraprofessionals, substitutes, and other aspiring educators to become certified teachers while continuing to work. We also support districts with candidate recruitment, funding strategies, and program implementation.
