pHCLE Recertification

Professional Human Capital Leaders in Education (pHCLE) certificate holders are required to re-certify every three years. To gain recertification for your pHCLE Certification, individuals will share how they have grown and contributed to the field. 

Applications will remain incomplete until we receive both payment and a signed Recertification Tracking Guide. This guide should show the recertification professional development points you have earned within your current certification cycle. Once completed you can:

Please allow 3-5 weeks for the application review including review of your Recertification Tracking Guide. Once the review is complete, we will issue you a new pHCLE Certificate with a new 3-year cycle date. Your certificate number will remain the same.
