Scott Whipple

I have been in education for over 20 years and 16 years as an education leader. I have spent the last 9 years as a principal, fostering positive school cultures and driving academic success. With a strong background in team building, conflict resolution, and talent development, I am now looking to transition into the field of human resources to leverage my skills in nurturing organizational growth and enhancing employee engagement.

Throughout my tenure as a principal, I’ve successfully managed diverse teams, implemented innovative instructional strategies, and cultivated strong relationships with staff, students, and families. I am committed to professional development that has empowered educators to reach their full potential, while my strategic planning efforts have led to improved student outcomes and increased community involvement. In addition, I am passionate about creating inclusive environments where all individuals can thrive and believe that a strong human resource function is essential to achieving organizational success.

I hold an undergraduate degree from St. Cloud State University in Secondary Education in areas of Biology and Health Education. I also completed my masters degree from Concordia University in Educational Leadership.

As I embark on this new chapter in human resources, I look forward to applying my leadership experience to recruit, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
