Michael Katz

HR consultant working with organizations across the country on their HR needs, ranging from recruitment and hiring processes, diversity/equity/inclusion, to compensation and pay equity studies.

After practicing law for five years, I received my Masters in Business Administration from the Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business in May 2022. My goal is to use the client management and communication skills I refined during my time as an attorney together with my psychology degree to contribute to the Human Resources, strategy, and crisis management/crisis communications space. I am a strong proponent of diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace and strive to bring my values of genuineness, integrity, and open-mindedness into my career.
