With 26 years of experience in education, Kim Chatman has held a range of impactful leadership roles, including classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, Human Resources Director, and Chief Operations Officer. Over the past nine years, she has specialized in human resources, offering strategic insight and leadership in talent management within public education. In her current role as HR Coordinator for Garland ISD, Kim leads efforts in recruiting and retaining top-tier educators, supporting the district’s commitment to delivering exceptional learning experiences for every student.
