Jordan Elliott

Jordan Elliott, CSBOC, SHRM-CP, pHCLE, began her involvement in Texas charter schools in 1999 as a charter student herself. She has a passion for seeing students succeed and a drive to make a difference, so she went on to pursue degrees in Education, Social Work, and Education Administration. At the age of 26, Jordan became a charter school Superintendent, a testament to her passion and tenacity. Prior to this role, Jordan stopped along the way as a Business Officer, Registrar, Principal, Special Ed Director, HR Director, and even PEIMS Coordinator. Currently, she serves as the Chief Operations Officer and HR Director for Charter School Success, a solution provider that supports charter administrators and charter business offices across the state of Texas. In fact, the only thing that can stop Jordan in her tracks is dark chocolate, or tight spaces, which is why you’ll often find her on the go in her Jeep, spending time with her two children, her extended family, and her dear friends.
