Jordan Elliott, MSHRM, MSML, SHRM-CP, PHCLE, CSBOC, is the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Human Resources for inSchools, where she leads human resources, payroll, compliance, and operational services supporting public schools across Texas. With experience spanning superintendent, HR executive, special education, and charter school leadership, Jordan brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to helping school systems navigate complex people and operational challenges.
