Ginger Blanchon

My career began as a biology teacher, where I taught 9th-grade and AP biology for seven years. During that time, I played a key role in helping our Biology team meet new state standards and developed a block schedule pacing guide specifically designed for AP teachers. After a fulfilling teaching career, I transitioned into Human Resources, where I uncovered a new passion: identifying and hiring top-tier educators to provide students with a high-quality education.

In HR, I remained committed to professional development, earning my SHRM-CP and pHCLE certifications. My journey eventually led me to Hays, where I initially served as Assistant Director of HR before advancing to Director of HR. At Hays, I have truly found my home and continue to make a meaningful impact.
