How to manage employee needs in order to retain them. Every year, educators leave one district/charter in order to work in another. Maybe they have worked in a hard school for several years and are feeling burned out, maybe they need a new team to work with, whatever the case may be, let's keep them by offering change within the district. This webinar will provide insight into how Human Resources can manage communication with employees and supervisors in order to transfer employees within the district as one strategy for educator retention.
