Transitioning seamlessly from the whiteboard to onboarding, my 22 years of experience as a teacher have shaped me into a recruitment specialist who continually seeks to understand the importance of relationships, personal growth and finding the right candidates for various education positions. This exciting role not only allows me to utilize my expertise from the classroom, but also empowers me to make a positive impact on my current role, working with individuals seeking job opportunities.

By leveraging recruitment platforms, attending job fairs and networking within the education community, I understand the significance of matching candidates with suitable roles and I evaluate qualifications and experiences through interviews and resume reviews. By providing constructive feedback and guidance, I help candidates improve their professional image and enhance their chances of success, whether they take a job in our district or find themselves somewhere else.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our educational institutions is paramount. To achieve this, our school district diligently performs background checks on potential candidates to guarantee they meet the requirements of the available positions within the district.
