Job Description: Carmel Clay Schools is seeking a new Director of Benefits. The Director of Benefits plays a critical role in delivering confidential and comprehensive support to employees regarding all benefits programs, with a focus on the administration of the health insurance programs, including the CCS Wellness Center and the Fitness Center.

This position ensures the district's full compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines related to employee benefits and personnel practices. The Director is responsible for the administration and oversight of assigned employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of service. This role requires the ability to perform complex administrative functions with limited supervision, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Employment Agreement: 12-months/260-days Salary: $86,398 – $103,756
