This session will review a recent and ongoing collaboration between Rockdale County Public Schools' Human Resources Division and the Special Education District leadership. This collaboration resulted in a professional development series designed to equip first-year Special Education teachers with the foundational knowledge and practical strategies necessary for a successful and impactful career.

This webinar is presented as part of the eHCLE program and is FREE for members of AASPA and FREE for nonmembers.

Qualifies for 1 hour of continued education credit through SHRM, HRCI & pHCLE.
