This work is based in implementation science as it applies to recruitment and selection as one of the drivers of all educational initiatives. Districts can leverage their focus on initiatives to make intentional hiring decisions to forward all district initiatives. This is the beginning of the plans for operationalizing this work for a small district in Ohio.
