Students learn more when teachers learn more. Teachers want to learn more at the moment they need to learn it at the level they and their students need. Educators understand that students learn more when they have choice and relevance. It is no different for adults. Learn some ideas on how to embed choice-based, relevant professional learning in each teacher's day.
