In effort to contribute to the success of the district’s mission, vision, and goals, it is imperative to provide hiring teams the tools and resources to hire the right people in the right positions all while minimizing legal risks and improving the candidate experience. I have created a hiring manual that outlines policies and clear procedures for the hiring of new employees, created a standard set of streamlined processes to ensure a fair and consistent hiring process.
