From Chatbot to Trusted Tool: What It Actually Takes to Deploy AI in School HR

Tuesday, June 16 | 11:00am - 12:00pm CST

Presented by Dan Swartz, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, Clarke County School District, Athens, GA and Ali Stinson, Vice President and Partner, Clear Concepts Consulting Group, Duluth, GA

Every school HR leader has heard the AI pitch. This session offers something more useful: a practical, district-level look at what it takes to build an HR AI assistant that employees can actually trust. Clarke County School District will share how it built and deployed an HR AI assistant, including the leadership decisions, content work, testing, rollout, lessons learned and results. Clear Concepts Consulting Group will explain the implementation framework behind the project, including how to structure HR content, how guardrails reduce risk and what districts should have in place before launching. Attendees will leave with a practical framework for defining scope, organizing official source content, testing with real employee questions, measuring results and deciding where AI can extend HR capacity without replacing human judgment.

This webinar is sponsored by Clear Concepts Consulting Group and is FREE for members of AASPA and FREE for nonmembers.
