Oftentimes as HR professionals we offer Exit Interviews to our employees who are leaving to get feedback for the organization. An even more powerful tool can be a Stay Interview process where we talk to our staff members about why they choose to stay employed with us each year. This webinar will give an overview of the process and how to get started with Stay Interviews, and also lessons learned from a school district's first Stay Interview season.
