Empathy is a construct that is fundamental to leadership. Many leadership theories suggest the ability to have and display empathy is important and critical to any work environment. This session will explore how empathy promotes a culture of trust and inclusivity in the workplace. Participants will discuss and identify key strategies that promote engagement for all.
