This webinar equips leaders with the mindset, tools and collaborative practices necessary to ensure inter-rater reliability in supervision and performance evaluation systems—an essential component of equitable, high-quality leadership.

Participants will explore how effective leaders act as development champions by delivering meaningful, growth-oriented feedback; as versatile strategists by using data and shared criteria to drive consistent decision-making; and as effective communicators by aligning expectations and fostering clarity across evaluators.

Leaders will discover strategies to:

Calibrate observation and feedback practices across leadership teams
Strengthen shared understanding of performance standards and expectations
Use evidence and data to reduce bias and increase consistency
Build a culture of trust, collaboration and continuous improvement in evaluation processes

By the end of this session, leaders will be better equipped to ensure that supervision and evaluation processes are not only consistent and fair, but also deeply supportive of the growth and success of their employees.
