We would like to invite you to join us for AASPA Virtual Conference as you “Espresso Yourself” on October 13-16, 2020. We anticipate 500 personnel/human resource professionals in decision-making positions within their school districts from across the United States. They will be attending to learn, network and find out about new products and services. Please review the following information carefully as it contains important information about conference opportunities including booth space.
The Exhibit Hall will be open during the entire event with dedicated exhibit hall hours each day.
Wednesday, October 14th (Dedicated Exhibit Hall hours 10:45am - 12:45pm CDT)
Thursday, October 15th (Dedicated Exhibit Hall hours 3:30pm - 5:00pm CDT)
- Friday, October 16th (Dedicated Exhibit Hall hours 11:30am - 12:30pm CDT)
Location in the Exhibit Hall determines the booth price.
- Premium booths are in the front - $1250 each
Prime booths are in the middle - $1050 each
Standard booths are in the back - $950 each
To reserve your space, simply complete the online exhibitor registration form and pay with a credit card online or mail us a check to confirm your desired booth. We must receive full payment within (3) weeks. Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. No booth set-up or design information will be sent until payment is received.
