Dr. Julia Wheaton, Ph.D., pHCLE, eHCLE

Served school districts in the northeastern region of Illinois as a school psychologist, special education administrator, and principal of both a junior high and high school. Since 2014, serving as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources with a large high school district about 30 miles southwest of Chicago. Currently working as an adjunct professor with North Central College in teaching School Law & Policies to graduate students in Educational Leadership.
