Dr. ZaRita Beal

Dr. ZaRita L. Beal is a passionate educational leader dedicated to cultivating excellence, equity, and empowerment within schools and communities. With extensive experience in administration and human resources, she currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator for Community Consolidated Schools District 168.

Throughout her career, Dr. Beal has been recognized for her commitment to mentoring, developing future leaders, and promoting inclusive practices that strengthen organizational culture.
