Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies pertain to all AASPA events and purchases

Purchaser understands that upon entering a registration agreement, AASPA is committing time and resources to this registration and thus cancellation would result in lost time and income in an amount difficult to precisely calculate. Once you register for membership or an event, you are subject to the following Cancellation policies and are responsible for prompt payment  - 

Support Staff Virtual Series Cancellation Policy: Once you register, you are subject to the following Support Staff Virtual Series Cancellation policy and are responsible for payment for this event. As this is a virtual event, cancellations will not be accepted. All registrants will receive a recording and event materials regardless of attendance.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:  No refunds will be issued for booth cancellations.

Annual Conference Cancellation Policy: All in-person registration (credit card, purchase order and send payment) cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than August 30, 2021 and will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or before this date will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received by August 30, 2021 will be processed by November 30, 2021. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. AASPA is not responsible for state or district travel restrictions, medical or weather-related cancellations or for airfare, hotel or other costs associated with the conference if the registrant is unable to attend. Purchase orders are accepted as a courtesy and are considered a guarantee of payment. Any cancellation of a registration guaranteed with a purchase order will be subject to the same cancellation policy. I understand that by selecting “Send Payment” I agree to the above cancellation policy. No in-person registration refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after August 30, 2021. Membership, virtual registrations, special events and meal tickets are non-refundable.

Boot Camp Cancellation Policy: All in-person registration (credit card and invoice) cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than Friday, May 21, 2021 to receive a refund.  Cancellations received on or before this deadline will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee.  Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. AASPA is not responsible for state or district travel restrictions, medical, weather or technology related cancellation or other costs associated with the event if the registrant is unable to attend. Purchase orders are accepted as a courtesy and are considered a guarantee of payment. Any cancellation of a registration regardless of payment or invoice will be subject to the same cancellation policy including the cancellation fee.  I understand that by selecting “Complete Registration” I agree to the above cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for in-person cancellation requests made after the deadline of May 21, 2021. Virtual registrations are non-refundable.


Human Capital Leadership Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. AASPA is not responsible for medical, weather or technology related cancellation or other costs associated with the event if the registrant is unable to attend. Purchase orders are accepted as a courtesy and are considered a guarantee of payment. Any cancellation of a registration regardless of payment or invoice will be subject to the same cancellation policy and prompt payment will be due.

pHCLE Training Cancellation Policy: Please note there will be no refunds for pHCLE Training once registration has been submitted. Registration is non-transferable to other training dates and times. 

Virtual Conference Cancellation Policy: All registration (credit card and invoice) cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than Tuesday, September 15th to receive a full refund.  No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after September 15th. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. AASPA is not responsible for medical, weather or technology related cancellation or other costs associated with the event if the registrant is unable to attend. Purchase orders are accepted as a courtesy and are considered a guarantee of payment. Any cancellation of a registration regardless of payment or invoice will be subject to the same cancellation policy.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Summit Cancellation Policy: All registration (virtual and in person) (credit card and invoice) cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than Friday, March 5th to receive a  refund.  No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after March 5thAll refunds are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. AASPA is not responsible for medical, weather or technology related cancellation or other costs associated with the event if the registrant is unable to attend. Purchase orders are accepted as a courtesy and are considered a guarantee of payment. Any cancellation of a registration regardless of payment or invoice will be subject to the same cancellation policy including the cancellation fee.

Membership Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for memberships.

Webinars: No refunds will be processed for webinars. All webinars are recorded and a link to the presentation will be sent to all registered attendees.
