From Conflict to Collaboration - Part 2

Tuesday, April 30 | 11:00am - 12:00pm CST

Presented by Dr. Robert Feirsen, Associate Professor of Educational Leadership, Manhattanville College and  Dr. Seth Weitzman, Senior Lecturer of Educational leadership, Mercy University.

Co-authors of From Conflict to Collaboration: A School Leader's Guide to Unleashing Conflict's Problem Solving Power are excited to present a two-part webinar on March 26 and April 30. This series will offer practical strategies for navigating a challenge that has grown in magnitude and elevated stress levels of school leaders. The responsibility to manage conflict is part of a human resource administrator's job description, yet little to no training is typically provided. The presenters maintain that, when skillfully channeled, conflict actually creates beneficial opportunities to address a school's substantive issues.

Part 2 will demonstrate use of the Design Thinking model to facilitate collaborative problem solving. You do not need to attend part 1 to attend part 2.
