Job Description:

Oversees technology activities for the office of Talent Acquisition & Management (TAM); manages applicant pool by maintaining accurate data and oversees the collection of recruitment data, technology, and data collection trends; establishes and manages computer applications for the TAM office; provides technical support and training to office staff, troubleshoots technology issues, and advises management of decisions related to technology; reevaluates and analyzes best practices related to employment functions and makes recommendations about office procedures; serves as a liaison with external vendors and a variety of division offices; participates in the planning and staffing of recruitment events; serves as a technical leader for job fairs; develops website materials to support communication with applicants; manages technology projects as assigned.

Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. Five years of progressively more responsible human resources or related experience, two years of which shall have been in the field of the position. Knowledge of the theory, procedures, and practices of one or more of the fields of human resources. Knowledge of FCPS policies and regulations and local, state and federal laws that relate to the assigned office. Familiarity with the principles and methods of public human resources administration and educational institution organization. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
