The Chief of Human Capital Management develops the short- and long-term human capital goals and human resource practices to ensure the district meets its strategic objectives. GIPS seeks a visionary leader and invites applications from highly successful candidates with a proven track record in human resources.

Master’s Degree in educational administration, human resources or related field is desired. SHRM or related certification is preferred. 3-5 years of school administration or human resource leadership is required. Salary $135k - $160k commensurate with experience, and competitive benefits.
