AASPA’s NCLB Position Paper
AASPA’s No Child Left Behind position paper was developed by AASPA’s Legislative and Governmental Committee and Past President Chuck White. Since the paper was approved by the Executive Board sent to the membership, it has been undergoing a few more revisions due to feedback from the committee, members, and revisions/clarifications made to the law by Congress. This paper presents AASPA’s viewpoint and constructive suggestions for improving the law and is intended to be a key information piece to be shared with policy makers at the national, state and local levels. AASPA encourages you to share your opinion on NCLB with your Congressional representatives.
