AASPA offers a variety of regional meetings and workshops including the following:
AASPA Summit: This two-day workshop explores the many facets of one current topic. Attendees hear expert keynote speakers and participate in interactive breakout sessions that allow them to share their own successes and struggles. Previous summit topics have included leadership, recruitment and retention and the No Child Left Behind Act.
Personnel Administrator Boot Camp: Our most popular regional meeting, this two-day workshop offers a variety of essential topics for all HR administrators. Breakouts follow two strands of topics - one for the basic HR professional and another for the more advanced administrator.
Support Personnel Seminar: This one-day seminar is designed to help support personnel professionals in HR develop and boost their essential skills in customer service, technology, legal updates, and more.
