All conference registration cancellations must be in writing and mailed or faxed (913-327-1223) for receipt no later than September 15, 2008. Cancellations received before September 15, 2008 will be refunded less $50.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after September 15, 2008.
