• 2008 ANNUAL CONFERENCE EXHIBIT RATES AND GUIDELINES
• Standard (Good Location): #3-7, 10-12, 19, 22, 42-43, 46-47: $750**+
• Prime (Better Location): #1-2, 8-9, 13-14, 17-18, 20-21, 23-24, 30-35, 41, 44-45, 48: $850**+
• Premium (Best Location): #15-16, 25-29, 36-40, 49-50: $1,050**+
• Double Booth: Cost of individual booths together**+

Booths: Each booth is 10 X 10 and consists of 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side drape and ID sign. You will have the opportunity to order other necessary items after you have reserved your booth space.

**Early Registration Deadline: Prices listed are for registrations received before July 11, 2008. After July 11, 2008, please add a $50 late fee to booth price.

+Third Person Fee: You will be allowed two complimentary people per booth at any given time. The maximum number of people per booth will be three, with an additional $200 charge for the third person. If you require more than three people simultaneously, we ask that you reserve double booth space.

Cancellations: Booth cancellations must be sent in writing. Cancellations received prior to July 11, 2008 will be refunded the full amount. Cancellations after July 11 but prior to September 12, 2008 will be refunded if your reserved space is resold. Cancellations made after September 12, 2008 will not be eligible for a refund.
